*All items are in extemely good condition unless stated otherwise.
*STRICLY no back outs. SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY. Those who back out or go AWOL will be BLACKLISTED.
*NO MORE PICTURE REQUEST.
* ALL PRICES ARE FINAL AND NON-NEGOTIABLE. PLZ DO NOT ASK FOR ANY FURTHER REDUCTION OF THE PRICE.
*I don't do swaps.
*NO COD service is provided unless you're staying in Melaka. Thus ALL items will be shipped via pos laju/pos ekspress services.
*We will NOT be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred during delivery. Thus, NO refunds will be entertained. Buyers are advised to proceed at their own risk. However, you can be rest assured that we will make sure that the item is in good condition before delivery is made.
*Items sold are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
*Postal Charges are as follow:
>Pos Laju: RM 6 for one to two items.
>Pos Ekspress: RM4 for one item only.
